Born-and-raised in Lakewood, I'm proud to announce my candidacy for City Council, representing Ward 4 – the very community where I grew up and now raise my own family. Dedicated to understanding the needs of our city to support a shared vision for its future. My focus is serving the neighbors and friends that make our community Lakewood.

Roots in Lakewood

Born and raised in Lakewood, graduated from Alameda.
Earned my BA at CU-Boulder, my BS in industrial Design at MSU and my Masters in Architecture, with a certificate in Historic Preservation at University of Colorado, Denver.

Professional Leadership

Licensed Architect with a proven track record of managing complex public projects
Currently leading a team of architects and engineers serving the region, fostering collaboration and innovative solutions

Planning Commissioner for the City of Lakewood: Currently serving, providing informed guidance on development and growth initiatives
Lakewood Board of Appeals: Former member, ensuring fair and balanced decision-making
Numerous Advisory Committees: Active participant, offering expertise and community perspective to shape city policies

Raising the Next Generation in Ward 4: My wonderful wife, Nikki, and I are proud to be raising our two children in this community, giving us a personal stake in Lakewood's continued excellence and a deep understanding of the needs of local families

As your City Council representative, I'll leverage my:

Local knowledge to make informed decisions benefiting Ward 4 and the entire city.
Professional expertise to balance growth with responsible development, enhancing our quality of life.
Community experience to foster collaboration, ensuring every voice is heard.
Experience working for and advocating for policies that will address housing issues and economic development concerns, as an active member of the AIA Government Affairs Committee and a Board member of COBRT.
